Travelling to the UAE and Dubai

Traveling to the UAE and Dubai

*Updated 23rd June 2026

The FCDO has officially lifted its ‘avoid all but essential travel’ advisory for the UAE.

This is a significant development for the travel trade and consumers, providing renewed confidence for both agents and customers considering Dubai for their next holiday.

With the advisory changed, your customers should once again be able to secure standard travel insurance cover, subject to their individual policy terms. For added reassurance, Emirates has also launched its new Comprehensive Travel Cover.

With connectivity continuing to strengthen and a full calendar of events, exhibitions and new openings ahead, now is the perfect time to inspire your customers and remind them why Dubai is among the most popular holiday spots, welcoming millions of visitors each year to discover, or rediscover, the warmth, hospitality and experiences the city is known for.

As always, please feel free to get in touch with us.
