Book with Confidence
In terms of cover and protection, ATOL and PTS offer the highest possible level of protection for your holiday, as your holiday is a bespoke package including flights ATOL and PTS will offer the following protection
PTS (Trust Account Model):
We never hold your money in our account; 100% of your money goes into an independent trust account. It is locked away and only released to individual travel suppliers (hotels, villa suppliers, airlines, transfers) for your specific booking or after your trip is completed. Your cash is never used to float our company's cash flow.
PTS:
Protects all individual travel services and bespoke itineraries you book (not just traditional rigid packages), backed by additional Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI) and Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI). If a hotel or local supplier goes under, you are covered for a refund or a replacement.
ATOL (Civil Aviation Authority):
If your package includes flights, ATOL is a legal requirement run by the UK government's Civil Aviation Authority. It guarantees that if the tour operator collapses before you travel, you get a full refund; if you are already abroad, the CAA coordinates and pays for your repatriation (getting you home).
